Evaluation of the 2011 client survey

In November 2011 the ETH-Bibliothek carried out an online inquiry aimed at clients who are not members of ETH Zurich. We would like to thank you all for your active participation. The feedback was mostly positive, which we are very happy about. You can now access the summary of the results in the Knowledge Portal. The ETH-Bibliothek intends to offer its users client-friendly services in future, too, while optimising and developing them further according to demand.
