The interdisciplinary bibliographical database SciVerse Scopus is now available via the ETH-Bibliothek. It contains over 18,500 peer-reviewed journals (including 1,800 Open Access periodicals) as well as trade magazines, conference reports and book series. In addition, it is possible to search for Internet sources and patents. There are also literature references (citations) for all articles published since 1996, through which in-depth citation analyses can be carried out. Scopus complements the Web of Science database, but does not replace it at present.
