- Orders received at weekends or on public holidays will be delivered on the next working day.

Procedure
- Order via the Knowledge Portal.
- If you do not yet have a user account, register with the NEBIS network (Network of Libraries and Information Centers in Switzerland): registration form

Conditions
- Free delivery to employees of ETH Zurich, members of the ETH Alumni Association and the ETH Board. (Fees will show in your user account, but will not be charged.)
- A fee is charged for students, private individuals and companies: Fees (pdf, 188 kB)
- A surcharge is applied to each request ordered by email, post or fax if the document can be ordered online.
- For legal reasons, it is not possible to make electronic deliveries to users in Germany or in non-German speaking countries.
- Deliveries to Germany can only be made by post.
